After my last post, many of you requested an all-purpose revision checklist that you can use when revising your own work for publication.

So I made one for you. It’s designed for writing at any length, short-form to book-length. It points you only to the real, necessary stuff of worthy and readable creative work.

If you use this checklist as a jumping-off point for your revision, you should be in good stead. It’s also intended to help you dig in and make a more specialized checklist for your own work.
